Ah, the Eldar. Much unlike their counterparts, the Dark Eldars, the Eldars are clean and somewhat virtuous. They offer their services to the highest bidder or fight for their own causes. Their armor is relatively good, maybe a 4+ or even a 3+ is what I'd expect. Most their infantry is made up of Eldar Guardians, as seen above. Then there are different things like Dark Reapers and Fire Dragons.

And Eldar vehicles are also pretty darn sweet...
